It is okay! Most of the clinicians we hire come from outpatient or hospital setting, and know very little about Home Health Care. Other than they are intregued by the flexible schedule. A lot of time we receive feedback that Home Health actually is a space for your skills to get sharper, no wound care departments, or phlebtomy teams to hide behind. Its all you! But don’t be worried our training program is truly awesome!

We have 14 clinicians working to provide our clinical team relief of Administrative Burden.  Real-time documentation review. Trend-based continuing education. Three layers of clinical oversight before a chart is ever closed.
